Background
· AEB was trying to consolidate data from mainframe/client-server/web server databases onto a single database with a new web interface:
$750K data project with 3 Project Managers, 2 DBAs and 7 engineers; and the $3 million Lotus Notes project with 3 PMs, 3 group leads, 7 engineers, and 2 trainers.
Second project migrated the entire company from GroupWise to Lotus Notes.
Accomplishments
· Established strategic, “long view” approach while concurrently managing the two projects.
· Increased self-management for the engineering staff. Cut required management time, which increased productivity by 35%.
· Introduced a rolling-launch schedule that accelerated migration from GroupWise to Lotus Notes in 6 weeks - instead of 8 months –and saved $2 million in project costs. AEB migrated 12,000 employees in 22 locations to Lotus notes with no loss in productivity.

· Promoted to Director of Technical Operations for FNIS’ Data Aggregation Group, a new business unit. Managed FNIS-DAG and negotiated with all MLS units to join the new site.
· Managed acquisition and closing of ComStock – a $4M company in Atlanta – and introduced ComStock’s core application into Fidelity’s new web architecture.

· Successfully completed the build-out of the new web application under budget by $250,000 dollars. New site had revenue of $1 Million first month.
